COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance Electric 803614SB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kaijo-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cardinal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kaijo-Electric such as the 8801BMR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 876A1 manufactured by Cardinal and we are pleased to be able to service most Cardinal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A05B2301C303 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand 910109500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rosemount such as 8800DF030SA1N1D1K5M5 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 95307C1M500 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular A02B0281B504 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A06B0163B575 by Fanuc and 8800DF030SA1N1D1K5M5 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A02B0058B501 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
